Presentation update - all to work on 5-10 slides for meeting on 13/12/2009 in Saxmundaham
Leaflet, pens, polo shirts - Magnus to order, all to provide vocational info to Magnus asap
All to ask sponsoring clubs about banners
Photos - to be taken 13/12/2009 with polo shirts. Tracey to buy photo albums for next meeting.

Alder and Amy are meeting with Nandana tomorrow evening (5/11/09) to ask about cultural customs and etiquette. Maid's Head at 6:30pm if anyone wants to join us.

Had my medical this morning and apparently i am fit enough to go so that's good news.

1st Planning Meeting, Friday 30th October

KEY TASKS DISCUSSED AT MAID'S HEAD
Amy: Head Blogger, look into price of Pens, and Bangalore Etiquette.
Magnus: Head printer and embroiderer. NC will introduce you to the people from Doves clothing to organise getting samples etc for the next meeting. Navy Polos, and possible badges.
Alder: Liaising with the person from Bangalore re etiquette etc.
Tracey: Look into photo wallets for us all to take, I would suggest up to 12 photos.
ALL: Photocopy passport, Medical Cert, Travel Insurance, VISA, Contact Asst. Govs
